Don’t Be Intimidated by Your Big Dreams

Happy Sunday!

First off, a huge thank you to everyone who showed up for the Q&A and goal-setting sessions this past week!

Your energy, questions, and willingness to dive into your goals inspired me more than you know.

I’m more motivated than ever to keep cultivating a space where we don’t just talk about our dreams - we actually go after them and execute in a way that feels aligned and fulfilling.

Big Dreams? Don’t Be Intimidated

I know how easy it is to look at your big dreams and feel completely overwhelmed.

You might think, “How am I ever going to get there?”

But here’s the thing—it’s not about shrinking your dreams to make them feel manageable.

It’s about breaking them down into small, actionable steps that keep you moving forward without burning out.

This isn’t the year to play small. It’s the year to think big and take consistent, realistic steps toward what you want.

3x3: Three Ways to Tackle Big Goals Without Feeling Overwhelmed

  1. Break It Down
Take your big goal and break it into bite-sized tasks. For example, if your dream is to launch a YouTube channel, don’t focus on the entire channel at once. Start by scripting your first video, then move on to filming, editing, and finally, posting.
  2. Set Mini Deadlines
Give yourself small, manageable deadlines for each task. Instead of saying, “I’ll launch my website this year,” set a goal like, “I’ll choose a website template by Friday.” These little wins build momentum.
  3. Celebrate the Progress
Don’t wait until you’ve reached the finish line to celebrate. Every step forward is a victory. Whether it’s hitting ‘publish’ on your first blog post or gaining your first follower, take a moment to acknowledge how far you’ve come.

January's Book

I am ashamed to say I am STILL going through What Got You Here Won’t Get You There by Marshall Goldsmith, and it’s hitting me how often we overcomplicate progress.

This book is a great reminder that we don’t always need to make massive changes—we just need to identify the small habits holding us back and adjust from there.

Weekly Reflection

The question I am asking myself this week ❓
What’s one small step I can take this week to bring my big dreams closer to reality?

This week’s quote that made me think 💬

“Dream big. Start small. Act now.” – Robin Sharma

This Week’s Quote ☕️ “The way you do anything is the way you do everything.” — Martha Beck This Week’s Reflection:Sharing your dreams is easy. Living them is hard. People trust your message only if they see you model it. Consistency in your actions is what makes you magnetic, not just your words. You don’t need to be perfect, you need to be consistent. Behind the Scenes:I teach consistency because I practice consistency, even when nobody’s watching. Your Next Step:Pick one area where you...

This Week’s Quote ☕️ “You don’t rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems.” — James Clear This Week’s Reflection:Motivation will always abandon you. Systems are what keep your progress going when your mood dips. Build habits that support your dreams on autopilot, and you’ll thrive through every season. Behind the Scenes:I batch my videos on Wednesdays so I never go silent, even on chaotic weeks. That habit now runs on autopilot. Your Next Step:Audit your habits:...

This Week’s Quote ☕️ “Done is better than perfect.” — Sheryl Sandberg This Week’s Reflection:Perfect is the enemy of profitable. Launching messy is how you actually learn and grow. Stop letting fear of judgment freeze you — progress stacks much faster than perfection ever could. Behind the Scenes:One “imperfect” YouTube video I almost didn’t post booked me 3 coaching calls because it was raw and honest. Your Next Step:Post something this week before you think it’s “ready", and reply to this...
