"But, I am not a Creator 😴"

Hey Reader,

I remember writing the very first Slow Sip Sunday years ago.

It wasn’t polished.
It wasn’t perfect.
It was just me, a warm cup of tea, and a decision to show up more intentionally.

Back then, this newsletter was about personal growth.
Small shifts we can make together to start the week intentionally.
Honest questions we can ask to live purposely.

And honestly? It still is.

But now, I know my mission more clearly.

I help creators and ambitious women build momentum and take back control of their time content, and income.

This is about leading yourself like a high performer.

That’s why I’m bringing Slow Sip Sunday back.

But recently, I’ve heard from some of you who reply to my email and say:

“But I’m not a creator like you…”
Or:
“I’m not trying to be an influencer.”

And I want to say this clearly:

If you’ve ever turned your pain into purpose…
If you’ve ever shared something that helped someone else…
If you’ve ever had a message that won’t leave you alone…
Then you are a creator.

Not because you post every day. Not because of your follower count.
But because you create value.
You create impact.
You create change.

That’s who this newsletter is for.
Not the loudest. The most intentional.

Plus we all can use a cup of self-development and intention on a Sunday.

💭 This week’s mindset shift:

You don’t have to look like a creator to live like one.
Start with who you already are. Meet yourself where you are. What is one thing that has been holding you back?

☕️ Try this before Monday hits:

Take 30 seconds and ask yourself:
“What’s one small thing I can create this week, just for me?”
It could be a moment of stillness.
A stronger boundary.
A message. A memory.

Just one thing. That’s your start.

We can create the life that we want, as long as we decide to do so.

Stay encouraged!

Hey Reader, Let’s talk about the truth behind most “influencer business models.” You get on social media. You post for a few years consistently. You start growing. You land your first free product or paid brand deal and think: "This is it. I'm making it." Until you realize: That brands often don't renew your contract. You’re not sure where your next check is coming from. You're constantly posting, pitching, and praying… and still not seeing consistent cash flow. Here’s the hard truth no one...

People trust your message only if they see you model it. Consistency in your actions is what makes you magnetic, not just your words. You don’t need to be perfect, you need to be consistent. Systems are what keep your progress going when your mood dips. Build habits that support your dreams on autopilot, and you’ll thrive through every season.
